💻 Can’t go online? Don’t worry — just call us and our team will help complete the form for you.

🩺 A GP or healthcare professional will review your request and make sure you get the right care, at the right time — whether that’s an appointment, a prescription, or helpful advice.

This change helps us manage demand more efficiently, reduce waiting times, and make sure urgent issues are prioritised.
