Hearing Difficulties
If you are experiencing hearing difficulties when being called in to see the doctor or nurse, please do let us know in order for us to set up an alert on your medical records and personally collect you from the waiting room.
Visual Impairment
Millfield Surgery recognises that people with macular degeneration and visual impairment may face barriers when accessing healthcare. We make reasonable adjustments in line with the Accessible Information Standard to ensure patients can access information and care in ways that meet their needs, including large‑print or electronic correspondence, extended appointments, verbal explanations, flexible booking arrangements and support with navigating the building. We encourage patients to tell us about their needs so we can record and meet them consistently.
