This is a two stage process: You can easily download the NHS App from your Smartphone or Tablet device. If you have any problems then please do not hesitate to contact our Patient Care Coordinator Team and tell them you wish to register for our online services.

It's very important that only genuine patients are granted internet access. 

Each member of the family will need to be registered in the same manner, and all patients aged 16 and over need to request their own registration.
